About Us
KCI Servant's Heart Foundation Mission
Our mission is to offer financial assistance to groups of people in need, focusing primarily on small to medium sized charities that benefit children, education, or healthcare. The foundation gathers contributions through the generosity of KCI team members, family and friends.
- We make investments which will improve the quality of life in the communities that we serve.
- We strive to fund charities in which we can make a significant impact and which can have a meaningful impact on the community that they serve.
- We report our progress and plans on a consistent, ongoing basis.
- We enhance our performance by working in conjunction with the KCI Volunteer Council and Community Affairs department.
The KCI Servant's Heart Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
Our dedication to KCI's Core Values enables us to provide the vision, leadership, stewardship, and teamwork required to serve others with a true Servant's Heart!
KCI Servant's Heart Foundation Committee and Board Members
A group of team members leads the KCI Servant's Heart Foundation. They are responsible for reviewing the funding requests and determining which charities will receive donations. The charities may be San Antonio-based, field-based, or national charities.|

The KCI Servant's Heart Foundation is intended to supplement, rather than replace, the Company's other charitable activities. KCI currently makes charitable contributions to worthy causes through the Community Affairs Department. These efforts will continue in the future and, in some instances, the Company will join with the Foundation in supporting a particular charity. The KCI Servant's Heart Foundation will also support the efforts of KCI's Volunteer Council.
Caring for others is at the heart of who we are as a company. Our hope is that the KCI Servant's Heart Foundation will give you the opportunity to help those in need in our communities.
